Recycling Options for Genuine Xerox Supplies
Xerox offers two convenient options for recycling genuine Xerox toner cartridges:
Eco Box Returns – For Six or More Items
If you have more than five items to return:
Request delivery of empty Eco Boxes.
When your boxes are full, request a free collection.
This is the most efficient option for bulk returns.
Single-Item or Small Quantity Returns – Five Items or Fewer
If you are returning five or fewer items:
Use the original packaging where possible.
Place the used cartridge in the bag from your new cartridge and seal it with tape.
Pack the used cartridge between the protective caps in the original box and seal the box securely.
If returning multiple items, tape the boxes together or place them all in one larger box to return as a single parcel.
Submit a return label request through the Xerox website.
Print the label on A4 paper using a laser printer. Fold the label to A5 size and attach it securely to your parcel, ensuring the return address is clearly visible.
Take the parcel to your nearest drop-off point.
